Agency Overview

B2B Video Production Agency for SaaS, AI & B2B Tech

Premium video that makes complex products easy to understand — and impossible to forget.

Trusted by the teams building B2B's best products

Problem

B2B video is mostly broken.

Most B2B video looks like every other B2B video. Buyers click off. Sales teams stop sharing it. Marketing quietly moves on. The market has settled for a bar that's far too low — which means raising it is the easiest place to stand out.

Your product is genuinely hard to explain in 30 seconds.

Most B2B video looks interchangeable — templated and forgettable.

Your launch deserves more than a screen recording and a voiceover.

You've been burned by cheap explainer mills: generic animation, no story.

The Apollo difference

Why teams choose Apollo over a typical b2b video marketing agency.

Specialists in B2B tech, SaaS & AI.

Not generalists who occasionally do tech. That focus shows up in scripts that actually understand your product and your buyer — which is what moves outcomes.

Craft is the differentiator now.

As AI floods the baseline, "actually crafted" is what stands apart.

Real people, in person.

Founders, customers, employees on camera. No avatar replicates it.

Story first, built for comprehension.

We make complex products clear fast. Cool visuals without story is decoration.

Motion design in-house.

Premium animation, not outsourced to a mill.

We move fast.

Lean senior team. Post in a week, full productions in three — without cutting corners.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The questions teams ask before booking a call. Quick, direct answers.

How much does B2B video production cost?

On-site production starts at $10,000, and that covers everything — scriptwriting, production, animation, and post. It's not a base rate that balloons with add-ons. If you're planning several videos, we shoot them in a single day and bundle the pricing, which brings the per-video cost down significantly.

How long does a video take to produce?

Post-production alone can turn around in as little as a week. A full production — script through final edit — can be ready in as little as three weeks. We move fast without cutting corners.

Do you travel for in-person shoots?

Yes. We travel for shoots and have vetted crews in major tech hubs like New York and San Francisco. Because we run a lean, senior team, travel doesn't add much to your cost — you're not funding a bloated crew to fly out.

What types of video do you produce?

Explainer videos, launch and announcement videos, product promos, customer story and testimonial videos, product tours and demos, and video ads. Animation and motion design run through all of them, in-house.

Do you do animation and motion design in-house?

Yes — all of it. We focus on story-driven, premium content that builds brands, not template animation churned out to a price point. We don't cut corners, and every choice is made to maximize the video's impact.

What stage of company do you work with?

From seed-stage startups to enterprise. We have deep B2B experience across the range — early teams shaping their first story, and established companies leveling up their brand. If you're building in B2B tech, we can help.

What's the difference between an explainer, a demo, and a launch video?

An explainer communicates your product and its value in as little time as possible — higher in the funnel, usually 30 to 60 seconds. A demo is slower and more educational, lower in the funnel, usually 90 seconds or more. A launch video lives at the top of the funnel around an announcement, and usually pairs in-person footage with animation.

Do you offer ongoing retainers?

Yes. We offer monthly retainers and also scope multi-video packages at a bundled rate. Per-video pricing is meaningfully better on a retainer or bundle than on a one-off — teams producing video regularly tend to land here.

How do you approach storytelling?

It starts with the audience, not the product. We go deep on who the video is for — their world, their point of view — because that understanding drives the script more than anything else. The job is to bridge the gap between the viewer and the product, and that only happens when the story genuinely connects.

A 30-minute working session — not a sales pitch. Bring a product, a launch, or a vague idea. You'll leave with a story angle and a sense of whether we're the right team.

Satisfaction guaranteed. If the first cut isn't right, we keep going until it is. We don't ship work we wouldn't show in our own reel.
