These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of apollostudio.com (the “Site”), operated by Apollo Studio, LLC (“Apollo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a marketing website that describes Apollo’s video production and creative services and allows you to learn about us and request a call. The Site does not, by itself, create a client relationship or obligate us to provide services. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Apollo.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Intellectual property

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, video, designs, and the “Apollo” name and branding — are owned by or licensed to Apollo Studio, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Site;
• use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our permission; or
• introduce any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Submissions and communications

If you contact us or submit information through the Site (for example, by booking a call or emailing us), you are responsible for the accuracy of that information. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to, or embed services from, third parties (such as our scheduling and video providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Studio, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Studio, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
