What we make

A format for every stage of the funnel.

Most teams need a sequence rather than a single asset. We map each format to the audience and the moment it has to do its work.

Explainer videos

A short story that makes a complicated offer click, on the homepage, in ads and in the pitch.

Learn more

Product & demo videos

A high-fidelity walkthrough that shows your product in action, not a slide claiming it does.

Learn more

Customer stories

Real customers on camera, filmed on location, giving a buying decision the proof it needs.

Launch & brand films

Cinematic launch packages that give a release real signal instead of a quiet announcement.

Industries we know well

Not on the list? The format tends to carry over, because what changes between industries is the subject rather than the craft.

Why us

Why teams choose Apollo Studio.

Four things worth checking against anyone else you are considering.

01

Story first, built for comprehension.

We make complicated things clear fast. Visuals without a story underneath are decoration, and decoration does not hold a buyer long enough to change their mind.

02

Craft is the differentiator now.

Most video in this category is assembled. Ours is made. Every frame is a decision, and buyers can tell the difference even when they cannot name it.

03

Everything made in house.

Motion design and animation come from our own team, and live action is shot by our own crew. The people who sat in the story conversation are the people who finish the film.

04

Nothing sits in a queue.

Post runs about a week and full productions about three, because the script and storyboard are settled before anything is shot or rendered.

Pricing

You can see the price before you call.

Projects start at $5,000, all in, with scripting, production, revisions and final cuts inside the number.

$5,000 starting, all in

Every project includes:

  • Script and storyboard, approved before anything is shot or animated
  • Production, whether that is a shoot, animation, or both
  • Voiceover and sound design
  • Revisions, inside the quoted number rather than billed after it
  • Final files cut for every channel the video will run on
  • The time spent learning your product

What moves a project above the floor

Pricing follows scope rather than hours.

Live action
A crew, a location and the number of shoot days.
Custom animation
Rebuilt product UI, character work or 3D.
Length and story
More scenes mean more script, storyboard and animation.
Versions
Each extra length, aspect ratio or language is a separate edit.

The studio

Based in Lehi, shooting across the state.

Close enough to film at your office on a Tuesday, and equipped to host the shoot at our place when that is the easier option.

01

A studio, not just an address.

We keep our own space in Lehi, set up for repeat filming rather than booked by the day. Vanta's product update series is shot there every month.

02

Our crew travels to you.

We film on location across the state, from Salt Lake City down through the valley, with our own crew rather than one hired for the morning.

03

Local companies on the roster.

Awardco in Lindon, Artra and Ping in Draper. The Awardco customer story was filmed on location at their offices.

04

Founders in the room, not just the kickoff.

Cade Biegel takes the first call, sets the story direction and is still there at the final cut. Jax Heaton learned to hold attention in the first three seconds, in-house at the Utah Jazz and then cutting for NBA and NFL athletes.

Process

From script to ship in five phases.

Five phases, each one signed off before the next begins, so nothing gets built on an assumption you have not seen.

Start a project
  1. Align

    Discovery & story

Understand the product, the buyer and the decision being made, then settle the angle before anything else moves.

  2. Plan

    Scripting & pre-production

Script, storyboard, shot list, animation direction. You approve before we shoot or render.

  3. Build

    Production

Animation production, live-action capture on location, or both, run by the same people who wrote the script.

  4. Polish

    Post & edit

Editing, motion, sound and colour, taken to a finish that feels considered rather than assembled.

  5. Ship

    Delivery & distribution

Final master plus cuts sized for every channel it will run on: landing page, paid, social, sales.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most.

What does a video cost in Utah?

Apollo projects start at $5,000, all in. That covers script, storyboard, production, voiceover, sound design, revisions and final files cut for the channels the video will run on, with nothing added once production starts. What moves a project above the floor is scope rather than hours: how much gets filmed, how much is animated, how long the video runs and how many versions you need. Planning several pieces at once brings the per-video cost down.

Where is Apollo Studio based?

Apollo Studio is based in Lehi, Utah, and keeps its own studio space there, used for repeat filming rather than booked by the day. The crew also films on location across the state, including Salt Lake City and at client offices.

How long does a video take from kickoff to delivery?

Post runs about a week and full productions about three weeks, from kickoff to final delivery. The script and storyboard are approved before anything is shot or animated, which is what keeps the back half short. Animation-heavy work, and anything with a compliance reviewer in the chain, runs longer.

Can you film on location at our office?

Yes. We film on location across the state, including Salt Lake City, Lehi and at client offices, using our own crew rather than one hired locally for the day. The Awardco customer story was shot on location at their offices in Lindon.

Do you work with companies outside the state?

Yes, routinely. We have filmed on location elsewhere, including a launch film shot at a client's New York office, and travel is a line item rather than an obstacle. Animated and interface-led work is made in software, so for those formats location makes no difference at all.

Do you do animation as well as live action?

Both, and both in house. Motion design and animation are produced by our own team, and live action is shot with our own crew. That matters most on product video, because the interface sequences get simplified by the same people who wrote the script.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Any company with something to explain, launch or prove. Most of our work so far has been with technology companies, across SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity and B2B services, though the formats carry over to any industry where a buyer has to understand something before they commit. Named clients include Vanta, Mural, Awardco, Anvilogic, Ping, Artra and Cypris AI.

How do we get started?

Book a 30-minute call with Cade, one of the founders. Bring a product, a launch or a half-formed idea, and we will map the video the story needs most and work out whether we are the right team to build it. There is no obligation and no rate card to negotiate first.
